When our clients give us an order, they can feel one hundred percent comfortable knowing that our recruiters understand what the position skill set calls for and that no time will be wasted in gathering numerous qualified applicants for meaningful interviews.
We only send our top 3 to 4 pre screened and pre-qualified candidates per position. Quality, not quantity is our motto, because we realize the precious time every financial or sales professional has during the day, and we won't waste that time!
Mark/Ryan Associates was started by Mark Zambrzycki and Ryan Paquette in 2004 to provide both interim and permanent staffing for accounting and finance needs for companies in the Chicagoland area. Mark/Ryan Associates, Ltd. was founded on the idea that there is a better way to manage the search process than methods currently being offered by larger firms.
The firm quickly grew to become a premier provider in the region, by opening an Oklahoma City office in 2008, servicing a broad range of clients from start-ups through multi-national organizations. Mark/Ryan Associates has also expanded its reach by providing solutions in the fields of office administrative, information technology, and engineering.
